Greetings and Good Day CC Canada
Very fitting that March is the month of transition and change as that has mirrored our group here at CC Canada. We have had loss, departures and additions to the group and have continued to hold the Light as bright and as high as possible. Our resolve has never been stronger as we enter Spring with rejuvenation and gratitude.
Early in March, we lost a dear CC Canada member. Stephen was a kind and gentle soul. Present and active during zoom gatherings, he was always considerate and respectful with the group and also participated in our meditation group on Sundays. Stephen’s Light now shines amongst the stars and we know he is at peace and no long suffering. Thank you Stephen for your Love, your Heart and your Spirit. You will not be forgotten.
During this time of melting and thaw, it is natural for dynamics to change and take new forms. That said, we are seeing the departure of our Atlantic Coordinator Kristian and the Nova Scotia Coordinator Jocelyn. We wish them the very best in their future endeavors.
On the other side of that coin, we have welcomed new coordinators for the Calgary Region and the Windsor/Sarnia Region of Ontario. Skip and Tony will be supporting the membership in Calgary, while Connie has stepped forward to support those in the South Western Ontario region.

Final Thoughts
Connecting Consciousness and CC Canada continues to grow and develop as the weeks and months move forward. As does the river, we also must constantly flow and travel forwards and never back. With this, comes changes and adaptations to our environment and group. It is in this framework that we learn, heal and love with our hearts. The heart leads the way. One of the ways to "be in your heart" is to notice these feelings as they move. Then catapult yourself from "being OK" with it to having compassion for the other person, situation or circumstance. How to do that? One way is the Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono. Simply put, it is the process of saying over and over, in your thought, "Please forgive me. I am sorry. I love you. Thank you." This system was brought to light and taught by the Hawaiian healer Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona. Try it yourself the next time you are noticing your hardness of heart is keeping you from moving into compassion.
Love and Blessings from the bottom of our Heart to the tips of the Stars!
